When making any sort of tea, we strongly advise using filtered or freshly drawn cold water that has been heated to a rolling boil. Viruses, parasites, and bacteria have been found in today’s water. Boiling the water kills these bacteria and reduces the risk of contracting a water-borne illness.

-Add a teaspoon of tea into your infuser, French press or empty tea bag
-Add hot FILTERED water to Your Cup or French Press! (The type of water does make a difference in how your tea will taste.)
-Steep Tea for recommended time on the tea package.
-You can add a sweetner if you'd like. The healthiest options are Agave, raw honey or 100% Maple Syrup.

Our teas are packaged in a commercial kitchen, are Non GMO, Vegan, & free of artificial flavors and additives. Our natural flavors are derived from plants.
Our teas are gluten free, vegan, dairy-free, sugar-free, & nut-free, and don't contain a lot of calories (as long as you don't add creamer, milk, or sugar). They are created in a facility that does not have any nuts or gluten ingredients.
The only time our teas will not have the above mentioned criteria is when a tea blend contains sprinkles, mini marshmallows, or chocolate chips, Also, sprinkles may contain non-vegan ingredients (including egg-derived ingredients) and soy lecithin; marshmallows contain gelatin; and chocolate chips are dairy-free, but do contain soy lecithin.

If you store your tea in a moisture- free environment it will not go bad. However, like everything it won't last forever. The flavor will begin to diminish. We recommend drinking your delicious blend within one year of your purchase.
