When making any sort of tea, we strongly advise using filtered or freshly drawn cold water that has been heated to a rolling boil. Viruses, parasites, and bacteria have been found in today’s water. Boiling the water kills these bacteria and reduces the risk of contracting a water-borne illness.

I've suffered from insomnia since high school. I would stay up late studying and obsessing about my homework and find it impossible to turn my mind off. As I became an adult, worries about my career, balancing my checkbook in my head, wondering if as a mom am I doing it right by my kids.... it's really hard for me to wind down. I've tried lots of things like Melatonin and other supplements, even medications and while sometimes they can help me fall asleep, I feel so groggy and unrested the next day. So now, I brew a cup of Deep Sleep an hour or so before I go to bed. I'm going to be honest, I often can't even finish the cup before I'm climbing in bed. It somehow dulls the noise in my head and not only helps me fall asleep, I don't feel sluggish the next morning. -Add a teaspoon of tea into your infuser, French press or empty tea bag
-Add hot FILTERED water to Your Cup or French Press! (The type of water does make a difference in how your tea will taste.)
-Steep Tea for recommended time on the tea package.
-You can add a sweetner if you'd like. The healthiest options are Agave, raw honey or 100% Maple Syrup.

Results will vary from person to person. Some see results immediately while others have great results after a few weeks. It is recommended that you drink this blend regularly to get the best results.
Our teas are packaged in a commercial kitchen, are Non GMO, Vegan, & free of artificial flavors and additives. Our natural flavors are derived from plants.
Our teas are gluten free, vegan, dairy-free, sugar-free, & nut-free, and don't contain a lot of calories (as long as you don't add creamer, milk, or sugar). They are created in a facility that does not have any nuts or gluten ingredients.
The only time our teas will not have the above mentioned criteria is when a tea blend contains sprinkles, mini marshmallows, or chocolate chips, Also, sprinkles may contain non-vegan ingredients (including egg-derived ingredients) and soy lecithin; marshmallows contain gelatin; and chocolate chips are dairy-free, but do contain soy lecithin.
Rest assured that our teas are good for you!
If you store your tea in a moisture- free environment it will not go bad. However, like everything it won't last forever. The flavor will begin to diminish. We recommend drinking your delicious blend within one year of your purchase.
