If your item didn’t arrive in perfect condition, we want to know! We double check everything before shipping it out but sometimes the shipping company mishandles packages.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
We ask for you to send two pictures of the damaged item which you received to email@example.com. No need to return the item.
WHAT WE DO:
We send a replacement immediately or credit your account, if you prefer.
WHAT RETURNS WE DO NOT ACCEPT:
Empty bags of tea or orders that are over 7 days old. You should be able to see if there is an issue within that time frame but once we have gone past that mark we are not able to accept returns. Thank you for understanding.
