When making any sort of tea, we strongly advise using filtered or freshly drawn cold water that has been heated to a rolling boil. Viruses, parasites, and bacteria have been found in today’s water. Boiling the water kills these bacteria and reduces the risk of contracting a water-borne illness.

I've suffered from insomnia since high school. I would stay up late studying and obsessing about my homework and find it impossible to turn my mind off.
